Do you want to get in shape from head to toe, feel great inside and out, and have a healthy body? Then the For the Young at Heart fitness classes are for you! These fun and active workouts will get you moving and grooving and feeling your best – all while having fun!

Monthly signups and payments.
One class per week/4 classes per month – Cost $120.00
Two classes per week/8 classes per month – Cost $160.00 (save $10 per class)
Mix and Match classes to get the best variety!
Conveniently located at our private dance studio in Santa Barbara, CA.

Beginner Jazz Dance/Latin Fun Dance
Tuesdays
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
It’s time to get moving—our bodies are made to move! In this beginner-level, active, and energized dance class, we’ll learn basic Jazz Dance steps, moves, and combinations. The routines are easy to follow and fun to do. We’ll start with an active warm-up and finish with a gentle cooldown. Let’s dance to lively music, feel the beat, and enjoy every moment. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you improve your coordination, balance, rhythm, strength, and posture—all while getting in shape and having a great time!
Note: Bring a water bottle, wear workout clothes and sneakers suggested.

Seated and Standing Chair Workout
Tuesdays
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
This workout blends seated and standing exercises to provide a full-body routine that’s accessible for a range of fitness levels and mobility needs. The class is designed to boost your strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being. You’ll have fun with basic calisthenics, simple dance moves, and energizing stretches—all set to music that keeps you motivated, moving, and feeling great!

Body Sculpturing / Stretch Workout
Fridays
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Are you ready to stretch and strengthen your muscles? Then this is the perfect class for you! We’ll start with a full-body warm-up to get you moving from head to toe. Using a mix of standing and seated stretches, we’ll work to elongate, lengthen, and loosen your muscles. You’ll also incorporate light free weights and bodyweight exercises to firm, tone, and build strength. The benefits are endless—burn calories, boost flexibility, improve balance, increase your range of motion, enhance posture, and feel stronger all around!
